Westmoreland Station is a 248-unit, “Class A”, mixed-income, transit-oriented development (TOD), targeted to appeal to Dallas-area working-class families. Additionally, Westmoreland Station is partnered with Kids University (Kids-U) to provide a variety of free supportive services. At our on-site school, Kids-U provides tutoring, after-school programs, summer camps, social-emotional learning (SEL), and family services.  Located at the southeast corner of Westmoreland Road and Glenfield Avenue, the community provides residents with direct access to the newly developed Westmoreland DART Station, without the need to cross a busy intersection or major thoroughfare. As a mixed-income community, Westmoreland Station provides one, two, and three-bedroom units, serving  income bands of 30% AMI, 60% AMI, 70% AMI, and market-rate.
