The Estates at Shiloh is a 264-unit, mixed-income, Class “A”, senior-living community located in Dallas, Texas. The site was designed with the needs and lifestyles of active seniors in mind, offering a swimming pool, fitness center, theater room, community kitchen, event room, bingo lounge, and  a fully equipped business center. The community consists of one and two-bedroom units serving  income bands of 30%, 50%, and 60% AMI.
