Heritage Estates at Edmonds is a 48-unit, “Class A”, mixed-income, senior-living community aimed at providing comfortable and high-quality housing for senior residents in Lewisville, Texas. The development consists of 48 well-appointed housing units. Each unit is designed to maximize living space and optimize functionality, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant living experience for our elderly residents. The project includes 27 one-bedroom units and 21 two-bedroom units in a single 2-story congregate building. The project serves income bands of 30% AMI, 50% AMI, and 60% AMI.
