The site was designed with the needs and lifestyles of active seniors in mind, offering a resort-style pool, fitness center, theater room, community kitchen, event room, hair salon, and a fully equipped business center. The community consists of one and two-bedroom units serving  income bands of 50%, and 60% AMI.
